Dear Candidate, We are currently hiring for a Social Media Optimization Expert ( SMO ) role. Profile Summary : Implement the Social Media strategy, coordinating with the digital media team for all ongoing projects or clients, while doing so he/she should also ensure its effectiveness and encouraging adoption of relevant social media techniques into the corporate culture and into all of the company's products and services. Primary Responsibilities : Managing company images on several social media platforms like Facebook, Google+, Digg, Youtube, Twitter, Flickr etc.  Frequent communication with client as well as management regarding the performance of the campaigns. Should prepare reports, analysis of performance and upcoming challenges. Knowledge of blogging ecosystem preferred by Google. Being a team player is a requisite. Good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly. All SMO activities should be done in collaboration with other digital marketing teams. Will be responsible for managing Facebook, LinkedIN Ads & any other Paid advertising tools. Will be responsible for creation and submission of unique contents, articles. Desired Skill Sets : 1 -5years experience in SMO (Social Media Optimization) Candidates should ideally have a good network socially, should be up to date with the best social networking tools. Candidates should be flawless in written & spoken English. Candidates with prior experience of handling social media accounts with at-least 1000+ fans will be preferred. Looking for the one's who are creative, think out of the box and have a great personality. Should have in depth knowledge of digital marketing, client retention and client acquiring practices. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tool. Should have the understanding of time and cost requirement of any project. - Immediate Joining.
