Job Description
Make calls to representatives of various organizations to seek specific business information and to key people in organizations to understand their IT infrastructure/other requirements
Identify CXO-level contacts in organizations through companys website or by other means and collect their contact information through phone and web search
Identify key decision making authorities in organizations (CXO level).
Initiate dialogue with the key contacts to pitch various software/solutions
Make sure if the companys requirement is line with the product/solution on offer.
Qualify leads on the BANT criteria (Budget, Authority, Need and Timeframe to buy)
Record details of the prospect/lead in the specified format/template for reporting purpose.
Update the records and put in the appropriate remarks after ending the call 
Carry our web search to gather relevant information about organizations/key contacts.
Attend the campaign briefing sessions with clients/team leader to understand the delivery of the campaign
Meet campaign deadlines and deliver as per campaign schedule.

Desired Candidate Profile
Education: (UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization) AND (PG - Post Graduation Not Required) AND (Doctorate - Doctorate Not Required)

Graduate in any stream
Should possess very good communication skills
Ability to navigate corporate structures to identify decision makers and determine buying process. 
Basic knowledge of computers and Internet. Proficiency in MS Excel would be an added advantage
Ability to be assertive and persuasive without being aggressive. 
Active listening skills. 
Ability to learn quickly and think quickly. 
Inquisitive nature. 
Self-reliant and reliable. 
Outbound business-to-business phone marketing or sales experience preferred.
