Educational Requirements: a. MBBS with Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Obstetrics & Gynecology from a recognized Medical College and registered with Assam Medical Council with minimum 10 years post qualification work experience in Public Health Management. b. Computer Proficiency: MS office. c. Excellent Communication and Presentation Skill. d. Demonstration ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment. e. Experience in and ability to plan, implement and evaluate large health/social sector programmes will be main criteria.
