Position Overview: - Replicon is currently looking for a Senior Web Analyst who will lead all web analytics development for the web properties. Develop reports, dashboards and statistical models for targeted acquisition, forecasting, segmentation, inventory, cluster analysis, decision trees and other statistical techniques. This is a good opportunity for an individual looking to gain experience for a marketing related role.
Key Responsibilities:
Create standard reporting for SEO/WebTeam related to web traffic (visitors, unique visitors, time spent on site, top performing pages (content and landing pages), as well as a process for monitoring the before and after of key changes on the website. Providing proactive reporting and alerts to web team and management on key findings
Establish A/B testing across the site for key content pages, landing pages, offers, and other items to optimize the visitor experience
Develop web analytics strategy for the designated personalization websites
Strategize reporting architecture so help SEO process
Establish web performance monitoring for up-time, page performance, and all other aspects of business goal so that we always know how the site is performing and can anticipate issues (outages) before they happen
Develop tagging architectures to support the logical measure of conversions, business uplift, and our business intelligence systems
Design and execute robust troubleshooting procedures around data capture, reporting, and data exports
Monitor and analyze effectiveness of new features, web site changes, marketing campaigns and outbound programs
Educate the SEO team regarding web metrics ranging from terminology to the impact of user behavior on key performance indicators
Provide actionable recommendations to improve the business based on analysis of behavioral, survey, and financial data. Analyze prospects behavior and enhancement SEO strategies
Coordinate with Web and SEO teams to develop, support A/B and other online testing methodologies from inception through analysis.
Develop compelling supporting materials for sales and marketing presentations mining data from multiple sources, and conducting analysis to produce significant and useful insights into new business
Willing to work in North Amercian shifts
Desired Profile
Qualifications:
4 to 6 years of relevant working experience in analytics BPO/KPO/Market Research environment
Experience in web analytics software like Google Analytics, CrazyEgg, Optimizely, etc.
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics (Set up, Cookies, profile, filter, custom report, keyword tagging, etc.)
Good knowledge on inbound campaign like SEO, PPC, Social Media, etc
Bachelors degree, preferably in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Market Research. Must have strong written and oral communication / presentation skills
Good analytical and reasoning skills
Good understanding of the web and must be capable of giving directions on Internet search
Good working knowledge of MS Office tools
