Digital Analytics Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

q Work with client to identify business, technical, and reporting requirements.

q Gather and document business, technical and reporting requirements that drive the metrics architecture for enterprise implementations.

q Develop and modify JavaScript code and sitecatalyst plugins to execute web analytics strategies.

q Manage the data capture settings of the primary web analytics platform

q Collaborate with technical development/web technology teams for the implementation of data capture techniques.

q Diagnose data capture issues and work with teams to resolve

q Validate and debug implementation and follow up until issues are resolved

q Build tagging requirements and specifications for Adobe SiteCatalyst

q Setting up new reporting suites, setting up and managing eVars, props and events

q Coordinate with other business and technical owners that receive and process the SiteCalalyst data

q Maintain documentation of technical implementations, and provide developer training and spec explanations

q Enable all analytical tagging/reporting targets

q Facilitate tag management strategy and design for the business

q Execute reporting and forecastin

q Tag testing for pre and post production

Role Specific:

q Experience in using and implementing SiteCatalyst a must

q Up to date with SiteCatalyst best practices and industry research

q Proficiency in HTML and JavaScript required.

q Hand on experience with web analytics applications (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe, Webtrends, etc.)

q Experience in tools like Discover and Report Builder

q Experience with deploying and managing tag management systems (e.g. Adobe Tag Manager, Ensighten)

q Proficient in SAINT classification

q Experience working with databases (Microsoft SQL Server) is a plus
