Handling end to end Payroll Process.
Monthly attendance & leave tracking.
Record Management & Monthly processing of Salary.
Exit formalities Full and Final Settlement processing.
Solving issues & queries related to payroll.
Payroll / Staffing Background
Monitoring Payroll Process, Salary register, Preparing statutory compliances, F&F, Tax Calculations of individual employees, Form 16 .
Invoicing to clients based on the payroll output, debit/credit notes.
Ensure all necessary input information is received on time, supplied in correct format, and checked fit for payroll r processing.
Solving queries of Candidates in relate to salary, leaves, PF etc. Processing Reimbursements/ Incentives of employees
Maintaining MIS of employees, Attrition Reports, Furnishing statutory reports to finance for payouts
Completing Joining documentation of the candidate (and Issuing Appointment letter, Offer Letter, Extension letters, Relieving letter, etc.)
Proper tracking of CTC records of all existing employees as per minimum wage, CTC revision as per minimum wage notification.
Maintain files in accordance with requirements of Payroll with complete confidentiality.
