Able to understand Client Requirements & functional specification. Excellent command on PHP and MySQL -Good Knowledge of open source technologies like drupal, wordpress, Jquery.-Strong knowledge of Javascript, HTML, XHTML, CSS, XML.

Should have technical bent of mind.

Should have problem solving, prioritizing tasks, multi tasking abilities

Should be able to understand and handle tasks independently.

Ability to work under deadlines & as a team member. Work closely with the project managers or clients to develop the best technical design and approach for new application development.

Should have good Communication skills. Should be fluent in English
