Air India Air Transport Services Limited (AIATSL) engagement of Duty Officer and Customer Agent on immediate basis. AIATSL Walk in Recruitment for Eligible Nationals (Both Male and Female) for the following positions for ground duties at the Airport / station at the SVPI Airport, Ahmedabad on a Fixed Term Contract basis for a period of 03 years which may be renewed subject to their performance and the requirement of the Company. The Walk in Interview scheduled to be held on 16th September 2016.

Eligibility (as on 01/09/2016):

Duty Officer ->

(1) Graduate Degree in any discipline/ faculty (minimum 3 years’ duration) from a recognized University.
(2) Must have minimum experience of 06 years in all areas of passenger handling at airports with any Airline or Ground Handling Agency. Knowledge of computerized passenger check-in is a must. Preference will be given to those candidates who have the relevant experience at Ahmedabad Airport.
(3) Language Proficiency – Should be conversant in English. Knowledge of Local & Hindi languages i.e. ability to understand and speak is desirable.

Customer Agent ->

(1) Graduate Degree in any discipline/faculty (minimum 03 years’ duration) from a recognized University with knowledge of basic computer operations.
(2) Must have experience of 03 months in Customer Services / Passenger handling with Aviation and Hotel Industry.
(3) Language Proficiency – Should be conversant in English. Knowledge of Local & Hindi languages i.e. ability to understand and speak is desirable.

Selection Process: Group Discussion and/ or Screening.
