Qualification and Experience:

Professor of ENT -> M.S (ENT) or an equivalent degree recognized by the Medical Council of India. Ten years of experience in postgraduate teaching and clinical work in a recognized institution / hospital.

Professor of Clinical Psychology -> A doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology. Master’s degree in Psychology or an equivalent degree. M.Phil in Medical and Social Psychology. 10 years of experience in post graduate teaching or research in any University / National Institution.

Professor of Speech Sciences -> A doctorate degree in Speech & Hearing or Speech Sciences or in the relevant area. Master’s degree in Speech & Hearing or Speech Sciences or an equivalent degree in the relevant area. 10 years of experience in post graduate teaching or research in any University / National Institution.

Professor of Speech Pathology -> A doctorate degree in Speech & Hearing or Speech Pathology or in the relevant area. Master’s degree in Speech & Hearing or Speech Pathology or an equivalent degree in the relevant area. 10 years of experience in post graduate teaching or research in any University / National Institution.

Reader in Speech- Sciences -> Post graduate with Ph.D. in the relevant subject/discipline or its equivalent. 5 years of experience in postgraduate and graduate teaching or research at any university or national institution.

Reader in Speech – Pathology -> Post graduate with Ph.D. in the relevant subject/discipline or its equivalent. 5 years of experience in postgraduate and graduate teaching or research at any university or national institution.

Reader in ENT -> M.S (ENT) or an equivalent degree recognized by the Medical Council of India. Five years of experience in postgraduate/ Graduate teaching and clinical work in a recognized institution / hospital.

Clinical Assistant -> II Class B.Sc Degree in Speech and Hearing with two years experience in taking of history of cases, audiometry, speech therapy, routine testing, ear mould making, maintenance of hearing aids for recognized institutes OR II Class M.Sc Degree in Speech and Hearing.

Administrative Officer -> Any degree of a recognized university (preferable in Public Administration or Business Management. 10 years experience in Administration and / or Accounts with atleast 8 years of experience in the rank of Section Officer or above in a Government Organization/s.

Application Fee: ₹ 400/- for General Category candidates and ₹ 100/- for candidates belonging to SC/ST/PH Categories or by post enclosing application fee by way of DD favouring Director, AIISH, Mysuru, payable at Mysore. Women candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.
