East Central Railway (ECR) Sports Qutoa Recruitment 2016.

ECR has issued notification for following Posts through ecr.indianrailways.gov.in, age, qualification and other details are given below.

Applications are invited from the eligible and outstanding sportspersons in the prescribed format (attached) forfilling up of 21 (Twenty One) vacancies in Pay Band- 1 in Grade Pay Rs. 1900/2000 & Rs. 2400/2800- as per 6th CPC (respectevly Level- 2/Level-3 & Level-4/Level-5 as per 7th CPC) over ECR/Hajipur against Sports Quota (Open Advertisement). The Railway Administration reserves the right to modify the number of vacancies.

Age Limit :
The age limit will be 18-25 years. (The age of sports person will be reckoned as on 01.01.2017).
No relaxation in upper or lower age limit will be given.

Minimum Educational Qualification for recruitment:-
In G.P-Rs. 1900/2000- 12th Pass or equivalent orhigher education from recognized Board In G.P- Rs. 2400- Intermediate in Science with Maths & Physics (If recruited in Technician Grade) In G.P- Rs. 2800-Graduation or equivalent
