- Initiate Sales and promotions.
- Fashion consultants meet with potential clients or customer for various pieces, including clothes, accessories, shoes, jewelry and makeup.
- Display merchandise in particular styles to determine which look is suitable for the client.
- A fashion consultant may also conduct demonstrations with the latest fashion trends, cloth line , hair and makeup to clients.
- Fashion Consultants works during different seasons to update or change wardrobes.
- Administrative duties are important, as Fashion consultants may schedule appointments, handle merchandise budgets and administer reports when needed.
Other Duties :
- Greeting customers
- Advising customers on products, latest trends,fashion
- Providing the best customer service possible
- Handling claims
- Processing returns and exchanges
- Building customer loyalty
- Preparing merchandise for sale
- Assisting in the display of merchandise
- Preparing orders for delivery
- Updating sales logs.
Desired Profile Academic Qualification: Graduate degree in any field.
- Fashion Consultant (Experience required: 0- 5years)
- The incumbent must possess excellent verbal communication skills & personality, high level of Confidence, Experience in Sales & customer service.
