WALK-IN-INTERVIEW
Applications in general proforma are invited for engagement of the following positions in the ICAR funded projects “AICRP on Pig” and “Outreach Programme on Zoonotic Diseases”, purely on temporary and contractual basis and will be liable for termination at any time in case of unsatisfactory performance.There will be no provision for absorption/reemployment in ICAR-IVRI after termination of the time bound projects.
1. Name & Number of Position: Young Professional-I – Two
Educational Qualifications: Essential: Graduates in life science. Desirable: Experience in handling of livestock with proficiency in computer and data handling.
Age limit: Minimum 21 and Maximum 45 years (age relaxation applicable as per Govt. rule). Emoluments:Rs. 15,000/-(Consolidated)
2.Name & Number of Position: Senior Research Fellow (SRF) – One
Educational Qualifications: Essential: Ph.D. or integrated Master’s degree (5 years) or Master’s degree with 4/5 years Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences/ Microbiology/ Biotechnology or M.V.Sc. Candidates having postgraduate degree in basic sciences should have NET qualification and 2 years research experience. Desirable: Experience in use of molecular and epidemiological techniques and handling of cultures of infectious diseases, with proficiency in computers.
Age limit: Not more than 35 years (age relaxation applicable as per Govt. rule).
Emoluments: As per ICAR Rules.
