Indian Institute of Carpet Technology (IICT) is functioning under the Ministry of Textiles, Indian Government. This is an AICTE approved institute located in Bhadohi, which is affiliated with Dr. A. Eligible Qualifications to Apply for IICT Jobs
Post Graduation on concerned disciplines is the eligible qualification for Registrar/ Computer Lab In-charge posts. Along with this, NET qualification is also mandatory to apply for Computer Lab In-charge job. Candidates possessing Diploma/ Degree certificate on relevant streams can apply for Lab Assistant designation in IICT.
Persons applying for other jobs under IICT recruitment 2016 should have passed Intermediate or any equivalent qualification from recognized board or institution. ITI (Fitter/ Electrical/ Instrument Mechanic, etc.) certificate holders are desirable for Operator/ Fitter jobs.
IICT Recruitment Experience Details
The experience preferred for Computer Lab cum In-charge/ Lab Assistant designation is 2 to 3 years and individuals willing to engage on other positions under IICT recruitment must possess 10 years of working experience on concerned fields.
Age Limitations and Relaxation Followed in IICT Recruitment
Aspirants who are below 50 years of age will be suitable for Registrar position and individuals applying for other positions under Indian Institute of Carpet Technology Recruitment 2016 can have age limits between 27 to 35 years. As per rules, the candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ OBC category will get relaxations upto 5 years.
But, retired officials applying for Registrar/ Computer Lab In-charge jobs should be below 60 years of age.
IICT Posts Selection Procedure
After shortlisting the applicants based on IICT requirements, an Interview Call letter shall be sent to eligible candidates. Individuals invited in this manner should retain a copy of submitted application form, photograph and original & self copies of necessary certificates with them, while arriving for interview.
Remunerations of IICT Employees
The salary fixed for tenure basis Registrar post is Rs.15600 – 39100/- and the Computer Lab In-Charge (reserved for physically handicapped personnel’s)/ Lab Assistant position is allotted with a salary of Rs.9300 – 34800/- per month. The rest of the appointees under IICT recruitment 2016 shall be offered with a Pay Band – 1 salary of Rs.5200 – 20200/-. Hired personnel’s may also get Grade Pay and other allowances as per rules.
Indian Institute of Carpet Technology Jobs Application Fee
The application fee for IICT recruitment 2016 is Rs.500/-; but, candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ OBC category should pay only Rs.200/-. This fee can be submitted in the form ofDemand Draft (DD) drawn from any Nationalized bank, in favour of “Director, IICT”which is payable at Bhadohi.
