Educational Qualifications:

Boiler Attendant Grade-II ->

(1) SSLC (Matric) / equivalent (Regular Course) & Boiler Attendant Grade-II Certificate of Competency test conducted by Govt. of Karnataka or Equivalent.
(2) 02 years’ experience in operation & maintenance of water tube boiler in a reputed industry.

Boiler Attendant Grade-II ->

(1) SSLC (Matric) / equivalent (Regular Course) (and)
(2) Boiler Attendant Grade-II Certificate of Competency test conducted by Govt. of Karnataka or Equivalent.
(3) 02 years’ experience in operation & maintenance of water tube boiler in a reputed industry.

Age Limit: Minimum – 18 Years. Maximum – 40 Years for SC/ ST/ Cat-I; 38 Years for OBC; 35 Years for General Merit; 45 Years for Ex-Serviceman.

Pay Scale: ₹ 9540- 270- 10620- 325- 12245- 430- 14395- 490- 16355- 540- 19595- 650- 22845- 750- 26595- 860- 27455

Selection Procedure: Selection will be only on the basis of total percentage of marks obtained in the qualifying examination i.e., SSLC or Equivalent.

Kannada Language Test: Those who have not studied Kannada as one of the subjects in SSLC or equivalent examination are required to pass a Kannada Language Test. Candidates who pass the Kannada Language test are only eligible to be considered for selection process. Date and venue of Kannada language test will be published separately in KPCL Website.
