Senior Technical Support Analyst AERS

Job Description :- Support and advise the practice in the implementation and on- going use of various off- the- shelf and proprietary applications, tools, and technology. Special projects may include software testing and new tool deployment activities, and supporting consulting activities that involve internal audit engagement teams. 

Specific Responsibilities Include: 

Responding to incoming contacts in a call center environment. 
First, second, and third- tier technology troubleshooting for both off- the- shelf and proprietary software applications. 
Provide business tools consultation to engagement teams. 
Support the deployment of the Global Audit SharePoint solution ( a collaboration tool. ) This includes, from a support perspective, partnering with both Audit member firm product champions and early adopter engagement teams. 

Meet key performance indicators including customer satisfaction, contact quality, and assisting other groups to meet the same. 
Act as Subject Matter Resource for supported software. 
Draft, edit, and review various documentation projects, including technical support manuals, communications, database postings, knowledge management documents, and instructional information relating to firm software. 
Deliver targeted technical training sessions for internal audiences. 
Participate in new business tools deployment efforts.

Desired Profile :- Qualifications
Must have been in a coaching or mentoring role; teamlead experience is a plus. 
Any Bachelor's Degree from a recognized/ reputable university is required. 
High level of interest in technology and its application in the audit process or related Enterprise Risk Services. 
Must have the ability to quickly master and utilize firm standard software. 
Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills are required. 
Strong writing and documentation skills. 
Strong verbal communication and presentation skills. 
Ability to influence direct reports to acquire a self- starter mentality. 
Strong time management and significant project management skills. 
Must be able to deliver results with minimal oversight.
