JD: (Desktop Support Engineer):- 

Required 1+ years of experience in Windows Desktop Operating 
systems (Win XP & 2000). 
Microsoft Certified professional (MCP) 
Handling Virus issue. 
Aware for M/S Patches 
Lotus notes client Knowledge. 
Printer Installation & configuration. 
Hardware & Network trouble shooting. 
Knowledge of LAN, (Optional) 
Good Communication. 
24/7 Support.
