-Experience in all Versions of Windows

-Configuration of Active Directory

-Configuring Blackberry

-Laptop & Desktop Support

-Configuring Outlook/Windows Live Mail

-Troubleshooting Wireless products/VPN connections

-Password Resetting

-Candidate with Good communication skills can apply

-Candidates willing to work in 24*7 support

-Candidates willing to work in Voice Process environment
