Candidate has to perform following task ...

* To Identify potential Insurance Agents\ Financial Advisors \ Consultants
* To Recruitment of Agents
* To Training financial advisors for IRDA exam
* To Motivate them to achieve organizational goals
* To Provide training and monitor development needs of financial consultants in the team.
* To Review performance of own team of Agents and to improve their productivity.
* To maintain good relationship and achieve customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate:
* Minimum Graduate
* Minimum one year of experience in sales.
* Good Contacts in Market.

Education Qualification:-
* Graduates/Post graduates
* Good Communication Skills
