Urgent opening for the role of Technical Support Associate(Level 1) for an International IT MNC in Noida.

Salary: upto 5.5 LPA
Shift: US Night Shift
Location: Noida
Experience: 1-4 years

Resposibilities:

*Provide accurate and timely technical support to Enterprise customers via telephone, email and live chat.
*Deliver First Call Resolution by handling customer requests.
*Candidates will be providing Technical support for Digital Marketing/Web Analytics Products to the customers.
* Exposure to troubleshooting,supporting web technologies specially JAVA/J2EE,JAVA SCRIPT,Content Management System(CMS) and Website Architechture.

Requirements:

*Good working knowledge of troubleshooting of HTML,Javascript or Java,J2EE.
*Outstanding written & verbal communication skills in English with a neutral accent
* Should be comfortable working in night shifts.
*Experience in providing Technical Support to the international customers for Windows or Mac Operating System.
