Requirement:

We are looking for a highly motivated person with proven design solutions and an online portfolio that shows you have an excellent eye for graphic design, including: color, layout, typography, and illustration. You will be responsible for delivering high quality, on brand, scalable graphic solutions in a timely manner by iterating on existing creative work and setting the direction of future designs for a global audience. Applicants will be evaluated primarily on their online portfolio, which is a requirement for application. Please add your online portfolio link to the top of your resume when you apply.

The ideal candidate should be someone with professional experience in graphic designing, image editing and retouching. The candidate should have the ability to work in an environment with minimal supervision and problem solving skills. The candidate should be comfortable interfacing with technology systems. Operating in a rapidly changing environment will require the candidate to be comfortable dealing with ambiguous, new and challenging situations.

Responsibilities:

* Self-motivated Digital Graphic Designer to execute modern and crisp design solutions based on initial conceptual and visual direction for ecommerce business.
* Working closely with Photographer to edit and improve the shoot quality and quantity.
* Must be very proficient with Adobe Photoshop , Adobe Bridge , Lightroom.
* Should be able to do Cut-Out, Color Correction, Black and White Conversion, noise removal, selection and mask tool, retouching, 360 degrees panoramas, various pallets, channel mixer, color histogram, HDR imaging, Batch processing, artistic rendering, perspective based editing, automatic lens correction.
* Should be able to work with different image file formats like PSD, BMP, TIFF, JPEG, EPS, PNG, RAW, PDF, XLS, etc.
* Will be responsible for developing best-in-class user interface design that will be distributed to a mass market.

Qualifications:

* An online graphic designing portfolio or samples of work demonstrating experience creating great visual design solutions is a requirement for application.
* 1-4 years of experience as a graphic or visual designer.
* Experience interacting on a collaborative team and working directly with Photographers.
* Bachelor's degree / diploma in graphic design or visual communications, or equivalent professional experience.
* Proficiency in appropriate design tools including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Capture One Pro.
* Excellent Photoshopskills - possesses a solid background of design in digital and print publication layout.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly.
* Experience in the e-commerce, retail, advertising, or media would be an advantage.
