TECHNICAL SALES TRAINER:
Responsible for Tech-Sales, Process and Product Training for Support mart
Ability to deliver sales training operational objectives by contributing sales training information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining sales training system improvements; implementing change
Determines training requirements by studying sales and marketing strategic plans and current sales results; conferring with sales executives; reviewing results of trainer coaching; evaluating training effectiveness.
Create Sales Product and Process training material like FAQs, training manuals, Presentations, handouts for OEMs, AVAS, etc.
Ability to make sure that all sales professionals know about the important product information and train them on the essential skills to make sales successfully
The candidate should be able to drive ethical selling techniques and improve agent capability through mentoring and continuous coaching sessions
Must also have good authoritarian skills and, should be able to encourage, train and encourage the sales staff
Should know about the primary programs and how to use them for demonstration and his classes
Analyze Training requirements, design to Trainee expectations, and deliver high quality training within committed time frames
Preparing reports and analysis for training
Smooth transitioning of new hire training batches to the production floor
Preparing Handover and batch release reports for Operations
Present data on training performance and actively participate in reviews
Ensure employee engagement and control attrition
SME - Technical Support
This role performs varying degrees of problem determination and resolution of desktop / laptop hardware and software problems through the effective use of available technical resources. They are responsible for driving First Call Resolution and provide real time floor support. Strong communication and technical skills are needed since direct customer interaction is often required. Accordingly, they have a direct impact on client satisfaction.Will apply technical expertise, capable of reviewing, analyzing the tickets for resolution. Resolve escalated client hardware/software PC problem tickets.
Sales Associate:
Ability to understand/ diagnose the customer's problem and action accordingly
Responsible for individual sales revenue target (predetermined by the business).
Handling irate/demanding customers - where necessary, in a tactical manner.
Achieve Call Quality requirements as outlined via Call Monitoring Guidelines
Emphasizing on key words, handling objections and using product/service benefits to respond to customers queries
Open to feedback & learning
Business Head - Immigration Consulting
Developing new sales and marketing strategies for the business, and be actively involved in finding new clients. Someone with proven sales ability over at least 4-5years.
Understands immigration laws and norms.
Has up to date knowledge on immigration / visa processes for Australia, New Zealand, US & UK.
Co- ordinates with Consulates and travel agents/ service provider for visa related updates; servs as an escalation point to resolve issues and provide process improvements.
Provides periodic updates to the management team with market best practices and any changes in immigration laws Consults and fosters relationships with business leaders and HR Business Partners on matters regarding strategic focus.
Growth and development of the organization as it relates to global immigration processing and global mobility.
Serves as a trusted global mobility and immigration advisor/ leader.
Provide strategic support to the business by identifying and implementing innovative immigration solutions and processes to align with company objectives.
Counsel and educate stakeholders by providing interpretation on policies, tax implications, regulations and programs regarding global mobility and immigration- related matters.
Develop training and education tools for stakeholders.
Responsible for the development and administration of country- to- country global mobility and immigration programs and processes.
Maintain a global approach to immigration procurement, policies and procedures pursuant to country- specific laws and regulations.
Manage immigration related compliance programs.
Maintain and develop procedures and processes to ensure continuous immigration compliance
