We are looking Presales/ MIS Executive for world's leading service and outsourcing UK - Based company at Gurgaon.

Information :

CTC : 20 k ( incl all)

Location : Client Side -Financial Services, Gurgaon

Position : Temporary - Can be made permanent post 6 months based on performance.

Education : Graduate

Work Timings : 8 am - 5 pm, 6 days working



Relocation Expenses involved will not be borne by the client.



Role Description



1. Consulting or functional experience in sourcing across direct/indirect commodities, Strategic Sourcing & Procurement.



2. Preparation and supporting project owner to enable to build RFP documents to best practices.



3. Co-ordinate with suppliers for completion of RFP.



4. Developing & preparing comparatives in RFQ / RFP documents.



5. Enables commercials negotiation through strategic use of e-Auctions.



6. Discuss/Negotiate contract clause exceptions with Suppliers as advised by Category leads.



7. Coordination with various stakeholders to close the contracts.



8. MIS (Analyze and presentation of relevant data).



9. Experience of working with data manipulation and analysis.





Desired Skills and Experience



Good communication skills (written & Oral) to enable RFP creation and dialogue with all stakeholders.

High Analytical / reasoning skills

Proficiency in MS Excel ,PowerPoint
