Job Description
Lead analyses and recommendations of various consumer strategic initiatives and projects.
Create ecommerce and consumer business unit-specific dashboards to drive business decisions based on KPI's.

Data driven approach to identify areas of concern and worked closely with category team to build
Catalog and Product Page Experience
User Search Experience
Finding new marketing tools to support UX development
Web conversion funnel
Supporting all acquisition channels, in the web conversion funnel, along with analysing the user’s funnel, track irregular behaviour and suggest solutions.
Identify traffic trends for improving site conversion
Work with consumer and web marketing teams, devise, conduct a/b and other test plans, analyze results and suggest opportunities for improvement.
Analyze competitor and customer insight and trends to synthesize results into clear, actionable initiatives
Technology
Working with Web-Engineering to better website performance, App / Mobile Experience
Defining Mobile / App Strategy & Development across devices & platforms
Setting up Separate Mobile and Web user analytics Framework and KPIs and its ongoing measurement
Produce weekly and monthly analyses of site performance.
Person Specifications:
B.E./B Tech from a reputed college
Excellent communicator and stratigic
At least  of experience in Analytics
Deep and demonstrated understanding of e-commerce and website behavior
Deep and demonstrated understanding of data base and subscription marketing
