ADVERTISEMENT NOTICE

Applications, as per format given on website www.dfp.nic.in/jaipur, are invited from eligible candidates for filling up one post of Field Publicity Assistant under Regional Office, DFP, Rajasthan Region under OBC Category in the pay matrix level-5, Rs. 29200/- (as per 7th pay commission)

Nature of Work

1-To assist Field Publicity Officer of Directorate of Field Publicity in organizing publicity programmes for Government of India in rural and semi-urban areas.

2-To liaison with village level functionaries for organizing publicity programmes in villages.

3-Maintenance of office records & A V equipment and preparation of reports on programme activities.

1. Essential Qualification

a.The applicant should possess a minimum qualification of Graduation from a recognized University.

b. He/She should be familiar with operation of Audio Visual Equipment/Public Address System etc.

(Please attach certificates as documentary proof of training /experience)

2- Desirable

a.Background of social work in rural areas and ability to give talks in Rajasthani Language.

b.Valid light Motor Vehicle Driving License issued by Govt. Transport Authority.

c.Familiarity with computer operation and ability to work on photo/ video editing software. (Please attach certificates as documentary proof of Training/experience).

d.Excellent communication skills.

3-Age Group

The age of the candidate should not be less than 20 years and not more that 35 years as on 30/9/2016. Relaxation for Government servants up to 5 years in accordance with the instructions/ orders/ circulars issued by the Central Government.

4-Physical Fitness

The applicant should be physically fit to carry out field publicity programmes in rural areas.

5-Probation period: 2 Years

Last date for submission of application is 15 working days after the publication of the advertisement.
