1.Handling web and chat based support for subscribers in a professional, timely, and efficient manner, with a commitment towards good support experience and a positive resolution.
2.Managing multiple (at least 4 -5) remote support customer interactions simultaneously, with chat as the medium of interaction, often for multiple partners and product offerings.
3.Demonstrating intermediate diagnostic, resolution and relationship-development skills in all situations.
4.Thoroughly documenting all contact activity for each transaction, including detailed troubleshooting steps and problem resolution in the call tracking system.
5.Effectively managing time in order to be available to work with customers, meet service delivery goals, and provide the best possible experience for our subscribers.
6.Reporting new process issues that impact customers to management.
7.Remaining up to speed on new technologies, new issues (i.e. viruses, smart phones, Windows 7 and Office 2007) and new product offerings without requiring traditional classroom/courseware materials to integrate the materials successfully.
8.Up selling the technical support plans to Registered customers
