The candidate should have real-time or embedded or firmware development with Hardware Software integration.
Good in C & C++
Knowledge on modular design
Exposer to RTOS concepts hand's on MQX, free RTOS or Similar is prefferable
Experienced in protocols such as Ethernet, I2C, SPI, USB etc.
Knowledge in RS232, RS485, MODBUS & similar kind of standrads
Experienced in 8/16/32-bit MCU's
Capable of working at instruction level with assembly language as well
Incobitiant must be good in communication and capable to interact with customers
Knowledge of Hardware is a must
Capable of writing modifying device drivers Eg: Linux
Should be good in documentation
